Home Nursing Program
Vision: To deliver high-quality, compassionate, and accessible nursing care to vulnerable populations, enhancing health outcomes and fostering resilience within refugee settlements and surrounding communities.
Mission: To strengthen home-based nursing services by integrating Family Planning, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and other supportive health programs, leveraging mobile clinics, on-call services, and strategic partnerships.
Strategic Objectives (2025–2027)
- Expand home nursing coverage to three additional refugee settlements.
- Enhance integration with Family Planning and MHPSS programs.
- Improve service delivery models through mobile clinics and on-call treatments.
- Strengthen referral networks with local health centers and NGOs.
- Increase community impact with chronic disease management and nutritional support.
